If your order is damaged on delivery, please contact us immediately, Any claim for goods damaged in transit MUST be made within 48 hours of delivery. Sorry, but we can not refund the carriage costs, and an appropriate charge deducted from any refund for repacking and restocking. This policy does not affect your UK statutory rights. Refunds will be made within 30 days and in the same form as the original charge (cheque/cash/credit/debit card). Exchange of Goods: We will be happy to exchange any items you are not completely satisfied with providing they are returned, in new and unsed condition, to us within 30 days of delivery. Delivery Times: It is our policy to ensure you receive your goods as quickly as possible. In most cases we dispatch the orders the same day or the day after the order has been placed. Delivery usually takes about 2 working days in the UK, within 5 working days to mainland Europe and the USA and between 7 and 14 working days to the rest of the world, depending on the country you reside.
